nuggie demonstrates an almost perfect dolphin pose [with block, ha ha]. sure, her head could be down and she should be on the soles of her feet, not her toes, but otherwise it's pretty amazing. she even has the balance to hold it for a few seconds.



it won't be long before she's in full forearm stand, a pose she loved when she was inside my belly.
